The aim of modern aesthetic (cosmetic, beauty) surgery is to create aesthetic forms, angles proportions and volumes in face with the purpose of beautification.

Main method in rejuvenation. Rejuvenation means beautification by giving the right proportions and angles typical for young people. Even young people often need changing of the angles of the eyes, eyebrows, lips. Nowadays all this was made possible using the author methods of Prof. Dr. Nikolay Serdev. Serious surgical interventions were replaced by more simple transcutaneous "Serdev suture" procedures.

One of these new treatments is the method of Scarless Temporal "Serdev Suture" face lift to correct wrong angles, early ptosis and flabbiness of the tissue. Suture lift with the Serdev Technique is the most recent method for remodelling, beautifying and/or rejuvenating the face.

It is a less traumatic experience for the patient, leaving few punctures or no scars in the hair, with a rapid recovery, less swelling, and with the possibility of rapidly resuming normal activities.

Its major indication is to treat areas or sites that are sunken. It is not indicated for treating excesses of skin, excess fat, nor is it indicated to obtain effects of accentuated filling.

The technique is simple carried out under local anesthetic, patients leave the clinic after surgery and rapidly resume their normal life.

This technique is not indicated to treat extreme cases af scin laxity. Each situation will receive appropriate treatment and surgery, which will be suggested at the consultation.

1. The results are immediate, but covered by mostly unvisible swelling. Main changes are: total face lift, change of angles of the eyes and lips, flash look, younger and more beautiful appearence, cheekbone recovering, skin texture improvement.
2. The small scars (needle punctures) in the hair are not visible and patients return immediately to social life.
3. The type of anesthesia to be used is local, unless there is any contraindication.
4. Pain is subjective and of variable intensity according to the person concerned. There could be surface pain for which analgesics being prescribed to be taken as necessary.
5. Fast recovery, short or no downtime. Incapacity or limiting of work or normal activities varies from person to person according to the type of operation, the area treated and the level of activity of each patient.
6. Medications must be used and taken as directed. Face must not be exposed to direct sunlight. You can go to the beach, as long as face is covered by a sun block with total screening.
